Jo is an arts leader with over 20 years’ experience in senior leadership, fundraising, stakeholder relationships and business development.

Prior to joining MPC, Jo was Executive Director of Actor’s Touring Company, a role that she has also performed for LIFT, Candoco Dance Company and Gate Theatre, Notting Hill. She also has worked at Arts Council England as Senior Manager, Dance & Touring, and between 2012 and 2016 spent four years in the corporate development team at the National Theatre, where she first worked with Martin!

As a freelance consultant, Jo has worked with a variety of arts organisations, including Young Vic, Spin Arts, Stratford East and Complicité to support them in developing strategic, financial and fundraising resilience.

Jo is Trustee and Fundraising Lead for Footprints Baby Loss, Twin and Triplet support, a charity close to her heart.
