Martin started MPC in 2018 after 11 years at the National Theatre where he was Deputy Director of Development and then Director of Communications. Before the National Theatre Martin was at Guardian News and Media for 10 years where he was Arts Manager in the commercial department.

Jo is an arts leader with over 20 years’ experience in senior leadership, fundraising, stakeholder relationships and business development.

Isabella is a corporate communications and public affairs director with twenty-five years’ experience in public affairs, communications, brand and corporate profile across sectors including the charity sector, education, the arts, tech and health.
